Indian benchmark equity indices, BSE Sensex and Nifty50, opened higher on Wednesday as investors anticipated the announcement of reciprocal tariffs by US President Donald Trump later in the day.
At 9:35 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 76381.21 up by 356.7 points or by 0.47 % and then NSE Nifty was at 23202.85 up by 37.15 points or by 0.16 %.
