Indian benchmark equity indices were higher on Thursday, despite weakness in global markets after the announcement of fresh tariffs on auto imports into the US.
At 12:45 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 77633.85 up by 345.35 points or by 0.45 % and then NSE Nifty was at 23577.4 up by 90.55 points or by 0.39 %.
Sensex touched intraday high of 77747.46 and intraday low of 77082.51 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 23626.75 and intraday low of 23412.2
