Indian benchmark equity indices started on a muted note on Thursday, tracking weakness in global markets after the announcement of fresh tariffs on auto imports from the US.
At 9:30 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 77443.79 up by 155.29 points or by 0.2 % and then NSE Nifty was at 23507.65 up by 20.8 points or by 0.09 %.
Sensex touched intraday high of 77553.28 and intraday low of 77082.51 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 23535.5 and intraday low of 23412.2
