JM Financial Ltd. - Board to consider Interim Dividend

With reference to the earlier letter dated January 07, 2017 regarding Board Meeting Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window, JM Financial Ltd has further informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company will also consider the declaration of interim dividend at its meeting convened on January 23, 2017.
