KPR Mill Ltd. - Closure of Trading Window

K.P.R. Mill Ltd has informed BSE that in connection with the consideration of Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016 and in pursuance of the Code of Conduct adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the following period is to be treated as `Trading Window Closure Period' for all Directors and Designated Officers of the Company to deal in the Shares of the Company.

- From January 17, 2017 to January 27, 2017 (Both days inclusive).
