Zensar Technologies - Board to consider Interim Dividend

Zensar Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 24, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2016 and to consider a proposal for payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2016-17.

Further the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from January 17, 2017 to January 26, 2017 (both days inclusive) in terms of The Code of Fair Disclosure, Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders of the Company.
