Omega Inter.Tech - Board Meeting Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window

Omega Interactive Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 07, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016.

Further in term of Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities shall remain closed from January 28, 2017 to February 09, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approving the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
