GMM Pfaudler Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company would be held on January 24, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:

- Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2016.

- Payment of 3rd interim dividend (2016-17), if any.
