Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), this is to inform you that the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved change of name of the Company from Artson Engineering Limited to Artson Limited vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name - Enclosed.
