As of March 2025, 23.24% is owned by Indian Promoters and 76.76% by Public.

Institutional holds 8.32% (Insurance Companies 6.17%) and Non-Institutional holds 68.45% as Public shareholders.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of VL E-Governance & IT company are Vakrangee Holdings Private Limited (246.66 lakhs shares / 22.74%), Njd Capital Private Limited (3.44 lakhs shares / 0.32%), Dinesh Birdhilal Nandwana (1.74 lakhs shares / 0.16%) and Dinesh Nandwana- Huf (19600 shares / 0.02%).
