Outcome of Board Meeting held today i.e. April 16, 2025 under Regulation 30 of SEBI (ListingObligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015.Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter andfinancial year ended March 31, 2025 along with the Auditor's Report duly signed by the Auditorof the Company.
