As of March 2025, 57.04% is owned by Indian Promoters and 42.96% by Public.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Nidan Laboratories company are Nitin Vitthalrao Thorve (69.71 lakhs shares / 50.15%) and Roshan Nitin Thorve (9.57 lakhs shares / 6.89%).
