As of March 2025, 73.45% is owned by Indian Promoters and 26.55% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Arabian Petroleum company are Darshana Hemant Mehta (30.11 lakhs shares / 27.65%), Manan Hemant Mehta (20.67 lakhs shares / 18.98%), Hemant Dalsukhrai Mehta (18.26 lakhs shares / 16.77%), Dharman Manoj Mehta (5.40 lakhs shares / 4.96%) and Vandan Manoj Mehta (5.40 lakhs shares / 4.96%).
