As of March 2025, 56.55% is owned by Indian Promoters and 43.45% by Public.

Institutional holds 14.02% (Insurance Companies 0.34%) and Non-Institutional holds 29.43% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of West Coast Paper company are Veer Enterprises Limited (107.49 lakhs shares / 16.27%), Shree Satyanarayan Investments Company Limited (104.62 lakhs shares / 15.84%), Shree Kumar Bangur (27.92 lakhs shares / 4.23%), Orbit Udyog Pvt Ltd (24.10 lakhs shares / 3.65%) and Shashi Bangur (23.43 lakhs shares / 3.55%).
