As of March 2025, 78.34% is owned by Indian Promoters and 21.65% by Public.

Institutional holds 19.29% (Insurance Companies 6.32%) and Non-Institutional holds 2.37% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Keystone Realtors company are Boman Rustom Irani (478.72 lakhs shares / 37.99%), Percy Sorabji Chowdhry (239.36 lakhs shares / 18.99%), Chandresh Dinesh Mehta (239.11 lakhs shares / 18.97%), Dreamz Dwellers LLP (28.99 lakhs shares / 2.30%) and Viking Trust (45790 shares / 0.04%).
