As of March 2025, 60.88% is owned by Promoters, 39.10% by Public and 0.01% by Non Promoters-Non Public.

Among Promoters holding, Indian Promoters holds 32.60% and Foreign Promoters holds 28.27%.

Institutional holds 28.28% (Insurance Companies 2.20%) and Non-Institutional holds 10.80% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Jindal Stainless company are Jsl Overseas Holding Ltd (1314.79 lakhs shares / 15.96%), Jsl Overseas Ltd (1012.68 lakhs shares / 12.29%), Virtuous Tradecorp Private Limited (610.68 lakhs shares / 7.41%), Sun Investments Pvt Ltd (274.26 lakhs shares / 3.33%) and Savitri Devi Jindal (254.52 lakhs shares / 3.09%).
