Revolt Motors, India’s leading electric motorcycle brand, has officially launched its operations in Nepal with the opening of its first dealership in Kathmandu. This move marks a major milestone in the company’s global expansion journey. The state-of-the-art Revolt Hub was inaugurated on April 13, 2025, by Mr. Moti Lal Dugar, Chairman of MV Dugar Group, and Mr. Sandeep Roperia, Business Head at Revolt Motors, in the presence of esteemed guests, media representatives, and electric mobility enthusiasts.
With this launch, Revolt brings its complete lineup of advanced electric motorcycles to the Nepalese market. The event saw participation from major media outlets, local influencers, and potential customers who had the chance to engage with the leadership team, explore the products, and take part in live test rides.
Revolt’s entry into Nepal is powered by a strategic partnership with the MV Dugar Group, a trusted name in Nepal’s automotive industry with over 50 years of experience. This collaboration combines MV Dugar’s strong market presence and distribution network with Revolt’s innovative EV technology to transform the two-wheeler landscape in Nepal. The aim is to offer smart, eco-friendly, and high-performance electric motorcycles designed to meet the needs of Nepal’s unique terrain and daily commuters.
Following the successful launch in Kathmandu, Revolt Motors and MV Dugar Group plan to expand aggressively across Nepal. The next phase includes establishing 12 additional showrooms in key cities such as Pokhara, Biratnagar, Nepalgunj, Butwal, and Dhangadhi. Each location will feature a dedicated service center, trained EV technicians, and access to genuine parts, accessories, and merchandise, ensuring a smooth and reliable ownership experience.
The Nepal lineup includes Revolt’s full product range: the flagship RV400, the performance-driven RV400 BRZ, the adaptable RV1+ and RV1 commuter bikes, and the powerful new RV BlazeX. These models come equipped with advanced features like IP67-rated removable battery packs, regenerative braking, reverse assist, and app-based smart connectivity—making them well-suited for Nepal’s varied riding conditions.
This launch highlights Revolt Motors’ commitment to accelerating the global shift toward sustainable mobility and underscores its growing international presence. By entering the Nepalese market, Revolt not only introduces Indian EV innovation to a wider audience but also strengthens its leadership in the electric two-wheeler revolution.
