As of March 2025, 24.68% is owned by Foreign Promoters and 75.32% by Public.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Deccan Gold Mines company are Rama Mines (Mauritius ) Limited (226.48 lakhs shares / 14.43%) and Australian Indian Resources Limited (160.78 lakhs shares / 10.25%).
