Regulation 32 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable to the Company as there are no Right Issue, Preferential issue, etc. during the year hence there is no material deviation for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025.
