The Board of Directors of the Company through a circular resolution passed today i.e., April 11, 2025, has authorized Mr. K Ramakrishnan, Whole Time Director of the Company as the authorized KMP for determining materiality of event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to the Stock Exchange.
