Maruti Suzuki India - Board Meeting Intimation for Considering The Audited Financial Results For The Year Ended On 31St March

Maruti Suzuki India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/04/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended on 31st March, 2025 and to recommend dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2024 - 25.
