RBI restores Certificate of Registration to Vishesh Credits Private Limited

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has restored the Certificate of Registration of Vishesh Credits Private Limited, following directions issued by the Appellate Authority/Courts.

The company, located at B-459, Block-B, New Friends Colony, South Delhi, New Delhi – 110065, originally held registration number B-14.01940, dated October 5, 2000.

The NBFC has been advised to strictly comply with the applicable provisions of the RBI Act, 1934, along with all relevant guidelines, directions, and reporting requirements issued by the RBI.
