Pursuant to Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144, dated November 26, 1018, issued by the Securities Exchange Board of India, we hereby confirm that GKB Ophthalmics Limited is not a \Large Corporate\, as defined in the said Circular and hence, the said Circular is not applicable to us.\r\n\r\nKindly take the above information on record.
