As of March 2025, 62.88% is owned by Indian Promoters and 37.11% by Public.

Institutional holds 29.38% (Insurance Companies 1.19%) and Non-Institutional holds 7.72% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Jyothy Labs company are M G Shanthakumari (1436.41 lakhs shares / 39.12%), Sahyadri Agencies Limited (145.00 lakhs shares / 3.95%), M P Divakaran (144.72 lakhs shares / 3.94%), M P Sidharthan (104.30 lakhs shares / 2.84%) and M R Deepthy (103.62 lakhs shares / 2.82%).
