Indian Hotels Co - Dissemination Of Cautionary Letter

We would like to inform that the Company has received cautionary letters (CL) from National Stock Exchange (\NSE\) and BSE Limited regarding a marginal delay in submission of Proceedings of Annual General Meeting held on June 14, 2024 for which the Company had already submitted its reply stating that the same was on account of some technical glitches faced by the Company.
