1. M/s Desai Saksena & Associates, Chartered Accountants, (Firm Reg. No 102358W) Statutory Auditor of the Company vide letter dated April 04, 2025, has tendered their resignation as Statutory Auditor of the Company with effect from close of business hours on March 31, 2025. \r\n\r\n2. The appointment of M/s. S S R V & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai (ICAI Firm Registration No. 135901W), peer reviewed firm, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold the office till the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held for the FY 2024-25, subject to approval of the members to be obtained in the general meeting.
