We would like to inform you that Mr. Sunil Anand, Associate Director - Finance & Corporate Affairs of the Company, designated as Senior Management Personnel, has superannuated from the services of the Company on March 31, 2025. Consequently, he ceased to be Senior Management Personnel of the Company on March 31, 2025.
