Panacea Biotec L - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Directorate

We would like to inform you that Mr. Narotam Kumar Juneja, non-executive non independent director of the Company was re-appointed as director liable to retire by rotation in the AGM held on 27.09.2024, for a period upto 31.03.2025. Accordingly, he has completed his tenure as non-executive non-independent director and consequently ceased to be director of the Company on 31.03.2025.\r\n\r\nSimilarly, he has also completed his tenure as Whole-time Director in the Company's material subsidiary, Panacea Biotec Pharma Ltd. on 31.03.2025.\r\n\r\nThe details as required under SEBI Circular dated 13.07.2023 are attached herewith.\r\n\r\n
