Fusion Finance - Rights Issue

Fusion Finance Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 29, 2025, has decided to issue equity shares on rights basis in the ratio of 55 : 91, i.e 55 Equity Shares for every 91 Equity Shares held. Issue Price is 131 per share.
