RBI cancels certificate of registration of Unitara Finance Limited

In accordance with the powers conferred under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (the Act), the Reserve Bank of India, through its order dated March 24, 2025, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration No. B-03.00016, originally issued on February 20, 1998, to M/s. Unitara Finance Limited (CIN: U65921MP1994PLC008248). The company’s registered office is located at 70, Transport Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh-452001.

Following this cancellation, Unitara Finance Limited is no longer authorized to operate as a Non-Banking Financial Institution under Section 45-I(a) of the Act.
