Birla Cable - Change in Company Secretary/Compliance Officer

Birla Cable Limited has informed the Exchange about the appointment of Ms. Suman holding ICSI Membership No. A-52842 as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, a Whole-Time Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from 21st March, 2025. Consequently, Mr. Somesh Laddha ceased to be the Compliance Officer of the Company in interim capacity with immediate effect.
