Birla Cable has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended March 31, 2025

As of March 2025, 66.35% is owned by Indian Promoters and 33.65% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Birla Cable company are Vindhya Telelinks Limited (58.00 lakhs shares / 19.33%), Birla Corporation Limited (53.89 lakhs shares / 17.96%), Universal Cables Limited (39.00 lakhs shares / 13.00%), The Punjab Produce And Trading Company Private Limited (22.78 lakhs shares / 7.59%) and Hindustan Medical Institution (17.13 lakhs shares / 5.71%).

Out of 199.06 lakhs shares, Promoters of Birla Cable Company has over 12.50 lakhs (6.27%) shares on pledge as of March 31, 2025.
