The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 11th February, 2025 has inter alia approved the unaudited financial results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024 alongwith Limited Review Report for the same.\r\n\r\nThe said results and Limited Review Report are enclosed herewith.
