In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III of the said Regulations, we would like to inform that Ms. Kiran Tilwani, has tendered her resignation from the position of Company Secretary of Comrade Appliances Limited effective from the close of business hours on January 31, 2025.
