Heidelberg Cement In - Board Meeting Outcome for Unaudited Financial Results For The 3Rd Quarter And Nine Months Ended 31 Dec

This is to inform that the Board of Directors of HeidelbergCement India Limited ('the Company') at its meeting held today i.e., 30 January 2025, which commenced at 12:00 P.M. and concluded at 01:55 P.M., has inter alia approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2024.
