Zinc prices on Friday rose Rs 2.45 to Rs 274.05 per kilogram in the futures trade amid a pick-up in spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for February delivery traded higher by Rs 2.45 or 0.9 per cent at Rs 274.05 per kg with a business turnover of 2,148 lots.
