Comrade Appliances L - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Statutory Auditors

Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you that the Statutory auditor of the Company i.e. NBT and Co., Chartered Accountants, has tendered their resignation from the office of Statutory Auditor with effect from January 22, 2025. The resignation letter is enclosed herewith.
