As of December 2024, 21.89% is owned by Indian Promoters and 78.11% by Public.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Janus Corporation company are Lemon Management Consultancy Private Limited . (47.90 lakhs shares / 19.23%) and Sachin Bhimrao Puri (6.62 lakhs shares / 2.66%).
