As of December 2024, 24.96% is owned by Foreign Promoters and 75.04% by Public.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Deccan Gold Mines company are Rama Mines (Mauritius ) Limited (226.48 lakhs shares / 14.60%) and Australian Indian Resources Limited (160.78 lakhs shares / 10.36%).
