As of March 2025, 59.38% is owned by Indian Promoters, 37.91% by Public and 2.70% by Non Promoters-Non Public.

Top three Promoters holding highest number of shares of Nova Agritech company are Malathi Siripurapu (311.34 lakhs shares / 33.65%), Suraksha Agri Retails (India) Pvt Ltd (153.88 lakhs shares / 16.63%) and Malathi S (84.22 lakhs shares / 9.10%).
