Southern Infosys - Non-Applicability Of Regulation 23(9) Of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

We wish to inform you that, as per regulation 15(2), the compliance with regard to regulation 23(9) of SEBI(LODR) Regulation, 2015 is not applicable to the company for the reason that on the last day of previous financial year i.e., 31 March, 2024, paid up equity share capital and net worth of the company were Rs. 5.02 cr and and 5.56 cr respectively which is less than the prescribed limit.\r\n\r\n
